stillzones are meditation sessions led by Ang Kia Yee, artist, writer and the director of Descendants (2025–). Guided by her Zen Buddhist practice and personal commitment to consciousness and loving awareness, these sessions offer participants a respite and refuge from the brutal rush of this island metropolis. They invite us to sit with the urgency and anxiety within us that pushes us to keep going even when we have nothing left to give, and to be gentle with whatever arises.

You can come for either session, or both.
